Many real estate agents use phone pics to list and sell properties, then wonder why their listings don't move. That’s why our professional photographs are essential to give you the edge you need in a competitive market. Our photos will help your listings stand out and give potential buyers confidence in their purchasing decisions. Each session includes: Final edited digital images with 1-3 day turnaround unless otherwise noted at time of booking A large selection of photographs suitable for your needs Properly lit and staged photographs of the complete interior and exterior of the property. One or more hours of shoot time depending on your specific needs. Private, online gallery $100 deposit due at booking remaining balance due prior to or at time of photo shoot
Cancellation Policy
A $25 non-refundable deposit will reserve your spot. If you are unable to make it, we can set up another shoot of your choice, and your deposit will apply to your rescheduled shoot. The $99 pricing is only for this specific event, and any rescheduled shoots will be at regular pricing. A no-show with less than 72 hours notice will not receive credit for a future booking. Refunds for deposits will only be provided in the event that Your Media Guy Photo is unable to provide the service. If an unforeseen event occurs which cause the event to be moved to another date, you will receive credit toward that next event.
