Service Description
Capture the moments that matter most with Your Media Guy Photo's event photography services. We specialize in providing coverage for corporate events of all sizes, concerts, large sporting events, and any event that features a large number of attendees. Our experienced team of photographers will make sure to capture all the key moments of your event, showcasing your keynote speakers, performers, and all the special moments in between. Let us help make your event unforgettable. All sessions include: Pre-event consultation at no cost to help determine your exact needs. Complete coverage of your event as specified by you. Onstage, backstage, behind the scenes, arrivals, general sessions, breakout rooms, cocktail hour, and much more. Final edited images with 7-14 day turnaround. We will estimate this for you at the time of booking. Online, private gallery with prints available for purchase. Note: All of our contracts will stipulate that we only provide final, edited images for purchase. We do not include RAW or JPEG images that are not edited unless you purchase full copyright prior to or after the shoot on a "work for hire" agreement. We will sign NDA's and other agreements if you require them.
Cancellation Policy
A $25 non-refundable deposit will reserve your spot. If you are unable to make it, we can set up another shoot of your choice, and your deposit will apply to your rescheduled shoot. The $99 pricing is only for this specific event, and any rescheduled shoots will be at regular pricing. A no-show with less than 72 hours notice will not receive credit for a future booking. Refunds for deposits will only be provided in the event that Your Media Guy Photo is unable to provide the service. If an unforeseen event occurs which cause the event to be moved to another date, you will receive credit toward that next event.
